Betgee Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Betgee ("Betgee", "we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Betgee website located at betgee.onl, the Betgee mobile application, and all related services, features and content made available through them.

By accessing the Betgee platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Betgee.

Betgee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written and governed in Pakistan English. In the event of any ambiguity, the version published on this page at the relevant time shall be the authoritative version. If any individual clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full effect.

To register and use a Betgee account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betgee does not permit access or registration by minors. If we have reason to believe that a registered account is operated by a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not have an existing active Betgee account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from Betgee or had an account terminated for a policy violation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Betgee reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we consider appropriate. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Betgee customer support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account. Betgee cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

Your Betgee account balance is held in PKR. Betgee does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not transferable to another player's account. If your account remains inactive — meaning no login, bet or deposit — for a period of twelve consecutive months, a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Betgee reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, or where required to do so for security reasons. Where an account is closed by Betgee without cause attributable to the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after standard verification.

All deposits and withdrawals on Betgee are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Betgee account instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments are generally processed within one to three business hours depending on your bank. Betgee does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Processing times vary by method but Betgee aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request submission. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Betgee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• A withdrawal request may be delayed or declined if there is any open dispute or ongoing investigation relating to the account.
• Betgee does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder.
• Betgee reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Betgee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP-tier exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time you opt in. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household or device.
• Betgee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-way, players who have already opted in and partially completed wagering will be given reasonable additional time to complete requirements.
• Betgee monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using bonus funds in a manner that circumvents the spirit of the promotion.
• In confirmed cases of bonus abuse, Betgee reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and, in repeated or severe cases, close the account.

Cashback promotions, where offered, are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise. Cashback is calculated after any applicable bonus wagering from the same period has been accounted for.

All sports bets placed on Betgee are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market involved, as well as these general Terms. Betgee's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — football, esports and a range of other sports.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport. For cricket, this is the board or association responsible for the match. For PSL, it is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the event of a dispute over the result, Betgee will wait for the official confirmation before settling the market.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by Betgee's system. Bets placed on odds that were displayed in error are subject to voiding.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market rules or specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a slight delay between submission and acceptance to account for the live nature of the event. Betgee reserves the right to decline in-play bets where the outcome is already determined.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting market page. Winnings that exceed the applicable limit will be settled at the maximum payout figure.
• Accumulators (parlay bets) are available across most markets. All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to be successful. A single voided leg reduces the accumulator by that selection and recalculates the remaining odds.
• Cash Out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value offered at any given moment reflects the current probability of the bet winning and may be less than the original potential return. Cash-out is not always available and may be suspended during live events.

Betgee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on individual markets, or on individual accounts, where it identifies patterns of advantage play that are inconsistent with recreational betting behaviour.

Casino games available on Betgee — including slots, live dealer games, table games and video poker — are provided by certified third-party game studios. All games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Betgee does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game's information section. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Slot results, live casino hand outcomes and table game results are all determined independently on each play, with no influence from previous rounds.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or game error during a casino game session, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's technical records. Where a round cannot be confirmed as complete, the stake will be returned.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by the rules of the specific game provider. Jackpot wins are paid in full in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate if the jackpot pool is denominated in another currency by the provider.
• Live casino games are subject to table limits displayed within the game interface. Players must ensure their account balance is sufficient for the minimum stake before joining a live table.
• Demo or free-play versions of casino games, where available, cannot be used to generate real-money winnings. Free-play sessions are for entertainment and familiarisation only.

Betgee operates a VIP programme with multiple tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on cumulative wagering activity across both sports and casino. VIP points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers. Bonus-funded wagers may earn points at a reduced rate as specified for each tier level.

• VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis. Failure to meet the minimum wagering threshold for a tier during the review period may result in downgrade to the next lower tier.
• VIP cashback is credited as bonus funds unless specifically stated as withdrawable cash in the relevant tier's benefit description.
• Betgee reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, point conversion rates or benefits at any time, with reasonable notice given to existing VIP members.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies solely to the individual registered account holder.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Betgee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of any bonuses and associated winnings:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Betgee account per individual, household or device.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment credentials to fund a Betgee account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider on a deposit that was genuinely made and used on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational play, as described in Section 5.
• Money laundering: Using the Betgee platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by a person under 18 years of age.

Betgee cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required. Any suspected illegal activity detected on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Betgee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on Betgee you acknowledge and accept our data practices as described in that policy.

We collect personal information including name, date of birth, contact details and payment information for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Betgee may share data with third-party service providers — including payment processors and game studios — where necessary to operate the platform. Betgee shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted, Betgee's liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. Betgee is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.

Betgee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via platform notification or email to registered players at least 7 days before taking effect for material changes. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
